Interpretation for purposes of preceding sections

6. Interpretation for purposes of preceding sections

In the construction and for the purpose of the last three preceding sections
of this Act and the Second and Third Schedules hereto (unless there is
something in the subject or context repugnant to such construction)-

lands extends to all tenements and hereditaments or any undivided part or
share therein respectively; and

party includes any body politic or corporate or collegiate as well as an
individual.
