Applications for fixing of fair rents
57. Applications for fixing of fair rents
The lessor of any prescribed premises or a lessee thereof who has paid or has
offered (either to the lessor personally or to the person to whom the rent is
ordinarily paid) the money payable for all rent due and payable under the
lease up to a date not earlier than twenty-eight days before the date of the
application may apply in writing to the appropriate Board to have the fair
rent of the premises determined by the Board.
