Validity of ineffectual deed

5. Validity of ineffectual deed

Any deed or part of a deed which fails to take effect by virtue of the
provisions contained in the last two preceding sections of this Act shall
nevertheless be as valid and effectual and shall bind the parties thereto so
far as the rules of law and equity will permit as if the said provisions had
not been made.
