Application of Divisions 2, 3 and 4 to any premises

49. Application of Divisions 2, 3 and 4 to any premises

The provisions of Divisions two, three and four of this Part shall not apply
to any premises (not being a dwelling-house) unless an Order in respect of
those particular premises is made pursuant to subsection (1) of section
forty-four of this Act.
