Protection of justices

39. Protection of justices

No action or prosecution shall be brought against the magistrate or registrar
by whom such warrant aforesaid has been issued, or against any member of the
police force by whom any warrant is executed, for issuing such warrant or
executing the same respectively, by reason that the person on whose
application the same was granted had not lawful right to the possession of the
premises.
