Regulations

118. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to
prescribing all matters and things which are by this Part authorized or
required to be prescribed or which are necessary or expedient to be prescribed
for the purposes of or for giving effect to this Part.

(2) Any such regulations may prescribe a penalty of not more than 0×2 penalty
unit for any breach of the regulations.
