16. Revocation of reservation-Lakes Entrance land



(1) The Order in Council specified in item 16 of Schedule 1 is revoked to the
extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 10.

(2) On the revocation of the Order in Council under sub-section (1), the land
shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 10 is divested from the East Gippsland
Shire Council.
