LAND ACQUISITION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 98
Consequence of striking out a claimIf a proceeding under this Part in respect of a disputed claim is dismissed or struck out by the Tribunal or Court for want of prosecution, the claimant is to be taken to have accepted the amount of compensation offered by the Authority immediately prior to the claim becoming a disputed claim.
