90. Principles to be applied in determining compensation

(2) In determining the compensation payable the Tribunal or the Court is not
bound by the exercise of any discretion of the Authority or by any opinion or
determination of the Authority, but must determine the compensation payable in
the particular circumstances of the case having regard to the provisions of
this Act.
