Objects of compulsory conference

86. Objects of compulsory conference

The objects of the compulsory conference are-

   (a)  to determine what matters are in dispute between the parties; and

   (b)  to identify the questions of law and of fact required to be determined
        by the Court; and









   (c)  to provide a forum in which the parties may discuss their respective
        reasons for making or rejecting the disputed claim and where possible
        settle or resolve the matters in dispute before the dispute is heard
        by the Court.
