Compulsory conference

85. Compulsory conference













(1) The Court may order the parties to any disputed claim referred to it and
the valuer of the land to attend a compulsory conference to be conducted by
the Court or an Associate Judge of the Court.

(2) If the Court orders a compulsory conference to be held in respect of a
dispute, it must be held as soon as practicable after the date on which the
notice of referral was lodged in respect of the dispute, unless the Court
orders otherwise.
