Application or referral of disputed claim

80. Application or referral of disputed claim

The Authority or the claimant may-

   (a)  apply to the Tribunal for determination of a disputed claim in
        accordance with this Act; or

   (b)  refer a disputed claim to the Court for determination in accordance
        with this Act.
