Authority to fence lands before using them

79. Authority to fence lands before using them



(1) If part of any land is occupied or used for the purposes of section 75,
the Authority must, if required to do so by the owner or occupier thereof,
separate the land by a sufficient fence with such gates as are necessary from
the remainder of the land adjoining it.

(2) In the case of any difference between the owners or occupiers of the lands
and the Authority as to the necessity of the fences and gates, the lands must
be separated with such fences and gates as the Minister thinks necessary for
the convenient occupation or use of the lands.
