Costs of application

62. Costs of application



(1) Subject to subsection (2), the costs of and incidental to any application
or in respect of any investment referred to in section 61 are in the
discretion of the Court.

(2) The Authority and the Minister administering Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994 are not required to pay any costs referred to in
subsection (1).

(3) If costs are taxed under this section the taxation may be reviewed by the
Court.
