LAND ACQUISITION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 49

The compensation payable for or in respect of any interest in land acquired by the Authority under this Act may be paid to—

        (a)     the person who is entitled or who is empowered under this Act to sell and convey or grant and release or lease the interest to the Authority; or

(b)     the constituted attorney of that person.
