PART 6 PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION AND INTEREST ON COMPENSATION

Compensation to be paid to persons entitled or empowered to sell and convey

49. Compensation to be paid to persons entitled or empowered to sell and
convey

The compensation payable for or in respect of any interest in land acquired by
the Authority under this Act may be paid to-

   (a)  the person who is entitled or who is empowered under this Act to sell
        and convey or grant and release or lease the interest to the
        Authority; or

   (b)  the constituted attorney of that person.
