22. Service of notice on persons interested in land

Subject to section 106(1), the Authority within fourteen days after the date
of acquisition must cause-

   (a)  a copy of the notice of acquisition; and

   (b)  a statement in the prescribed form setting out the rights and
        obligations under this Act of the person whose interest has been
        acquired-

to be served-

   (c)  if a notice of intention to acquire has been served under section 6,
        upon all persons upon whom the notice of intention to acquire was
        served and upon any other person of whom the Authority is aware who
        immediately before the date of acquisition had an interest in the land
        described in the notice of acquisition; and

   (d)  in any other case, upon each person who immediately before the date of
        acquisition had an interest in the land described in the notice or
        such of those persons as, after diligent inquiry, become known to the
        Authority.
