Amendment of notice

14. Amendment of notice



(1) The Authority and the person upon whom a notice of intention to acquire is
served under section 6 may agree to amend the notice to alter the description
of the interest to be acquired or the land to which the notice relates or any
other matter contained in the notice.

(2) An amendment made under subsection (1) to a notice does not affect the
validity or operation of the notice.
