Sale of interest in land voidable if notice not given

13. Sale of interest in land voidable if notice not given

If an Authority enters into an agreement to acquire an interest in land in
contravention of section 6, the acquisition is voidable at the option of the
person whose interest in land is or is being acquired and the exercise of that
option is effected by the service on the Authority of a notice in writing
signed by that person.
