LAND ACQUISITION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 103
Power to inspect documents(1) The Authority may, by notice in writing served upon any person, require the person to deliver up for the inspection of the Authority any specified document in the person's possession or power evidencing the interest of any person in land required for the purposes of the special Act or any other specified record, account or document in the person's possession or power relating to any such land.
(2) A person who fails to comply with a notice served under subsection (1) within the time specified in the notice is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
