Regulations

50. Regulations

The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to-

   (a)  disseminating information to the public concerning the provisions of
        this Act;

   (b)  prescribing forms to be used and procedures to be followed under this
        Act;

   (ba) prescribing times within which applications for the reconsideration or
        review of a decision under this Act must be made;

   (d)  generally all matters authorized or required to be prescribed for
        carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
