Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction

49B. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction



(1) It is the intention of section 30(17A) to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975.

(2) It is the intention of section 35(3), as amended by section 17(11) of the
Law and Justice Legislation Amendment Act 1997, to alter or vary section 85 of
the Constitution Act 1975.

(3) It is the intention of section 36(3), as amended by section 17(15) of the
Law and Justice Legislation Amendment Act 1997, to alter or vary section 85 of
the Constitution Act 1975.

(4) It is the intention of section 30(18) as substituted by section 8 of the
Legal Aid (Amendment) Act 1998 to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution
Act 1975.
