Contingent payments

40D. Contingent payments



(1) Despite any other law to the contrary, a person in his or her capacity as
trustee or member of the committee or employee or agent of the trustees may
enter into an agreement with the assisted person under which payment of a fee
to the trustees is contingent on the outcome of the proceeding.
