Immunity of participants

30A. Immunity of participants

In a proceeding before an independent reviewer under section 30-

   (a)  a person representing a party has the same protection and immunity as
        a legal practitioner has in a proceeding in the Supreme Court; and

   (b)  a party to the proceeding has the same protection and immunity as a
        party to a proceeding has in a proceeding in the Supreme Court; and

   (c)  a person appearing as a witness has the same protection and immunity
        as a witness has in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
