Refund of money paid in accordance with section 27

27A. Refund of money paid in accordance with section 27

If a person has paid money in accordance with a condition imposed under
section 27 on account of costs or out-of-pocket expenses in advance of legal
assistance to be provided by VLA and that assistance is not provided, VLA must
refund to that person any unexpended part of that money out of the Fund.
