Officers and employees

15. Officers and employees



(1) VLA may employ any officers and employees necessary for the purposes of
this Act.



(2) VLA must consult with the Secretary to the Department of Justice on the
terms and conditions of employment of officers and employees.

(4) VLA, if it is practicable to do so, shall make reciprocal arrangements
with other legal aid commissions for the purpose of facilitating the transfer
of staff between VLA and any of those other legal aid commissions.
