Delegation

28. Delegation



(1) The Board may, by instrument under its official seal, delegate any of its
functions or powers (except this power of delegation or the power to make
by-laws) to-

   (a)  the members constituting a committee of the Board, if the committee
        includes 2 or more members of the Board; or

   (b)  the Chief Executive Officer; or





   (c)  any of its members; or

   (d)  any member of its staff.

(2) A delegation under subsection (1) may be made to a specified person or
class of persons referred to in that subsection.
