Power to select allotment under perpetual lease

53. Power to select allotment under perpetual lease

Where pursuant to the provisions of this Act or any repealed Act or to the
covenants or conditions of any lease granted thereunder any person is entitled
to apply to select any land as a selection purchase allotment such person may
apply to select such allotment under a perpetual lease, and subject to this
Part a perpetual lease thereof may be granted to such person accordingly.
