Several persons may be appointed to do the same act

33. Several persons may be appointed to do the same act

Whenever any person has been or may be appointed in pursuance of this Act as
the person to perform any act or with regard to whom any act is to be
performed, it shall nevertheless be lawful to appoint some other person to be
the person to perform such act or with regard to whom such act is to be
performed.
