Authority of persons appointed under this Act

32. Authority of persons appointed under this Act

The Governor in Council or the Minister respectively may in all cases where
power is given by this Act to appoint or authorize any person for a particular
purpose or to do a particular act, appoint or authorize such person generally
for any such purpose or to do all acts of the same or the like nature; and
such person may do all things within the scope of such general authority in
all cases to which his appointment or authority purports or can be construed
to extend.
