Grant by Governor on behalf of Her Majesty to be valid

24. Grant by Governor on behalf of Her Majesty to be valid

Every grant and every instrument executed before the commencement of this Act
by the Governor in Council on behalf of Her Majesty and purporting to be a
grant shall subject to the conditions thereof and to the express provisions of
this Act and to registration or enrolment where necessary be valid and
effectual as well against Her Majesty as against all other persons any law to
the contrary notwithstanding.
