LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 203

Any person who feels himself aggrieved by any conviction or order of the Magistrates' Court under this Part may appeal therefrom to the County Court or, in case of a conviction or order of the Magistrates' Court constituted by the Chief Magistrate who is a dual commission holder, the Court of Appeal.
