LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 185
Lands taken from commonsWhen a common is diminished altered or abolished by the Governor in Council under the provisions of this Part the lands so ceasing to be included in a common may be disposed of in any manner authorized by the provisions of this Part applying to the class in which such land is included.
