LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 151E

If upon consideration of an application for a lease and, where the application has been referred to a committee under section 151D , of the report of the committee thereon the Minister approves the application, he shall recommend to the Governor in Council that the applicant be granted a lease of the land referred to in the application not being more than 4050 hectares for a period not exceeding 75 years and subject to this Division the Governor in Council may grant a lease accordingly subject to the payment of such rent and to such covenants conditions reservations and exceptions as the Governor in Council thinks fit.
