Cancellation of licence where no breach

133F. Cancellation of licence where no breach



(1) A licence may provide for cancellation by the person granting the licence
even if there has been no breach by the licensee of any term or condition in
the licence.

(2) If a licence is cancelled under subsection (1), the licensee is entitled
to a refund of an amount of the licence fee paid to be determined by the
Minister on a pro rata basis, taking into account any period of the licence
remaining at the date of the cancellation.

(3) Except as provided in subsection (2), no compensation is payable in
respect of the cancellation of a licence under this section.
