133B. Remittance or waiver of rent or fees in times of hardship

If, due to drought or other adversity, the income from the land of any lessee
or licensee is seriously diminished for any period, the Secretary, with the
approval of the Minister, may remit out of available funds or waive all or
part of the rent or fee paid or payable by the lessee or licensee for that
period.
