130. Granting of licences for agricultural purposes

(1) The Minister or a person authorised in writing by the Minister may grant a
licence for agricultural purposes.

(2) A licence granted under subsection (1) is subject to-

   (a)  the payment of a fee or fees determined by the person granting the
        licence; and

   (b)  the terms and conditions that the person granting the licence thinks
        fit.

(3) Without limiting subsection (2), a licence granted under subsection (1)
may contain options for the licensee to renew the licence for a further period
or periods.
