Land acquired by Crown or Board may be conveyed

13. Land acquired by Crown or Board may be conveyed

Subject to the provisions of any Act any land acquired by purchase or
otherwise by the Crown and conveyed to Her Majesty or to the Board of Land and
Works (except land acquired for railway purposes) or to the Minister of Public
Works may be sold granted conveyed or otherwise disposed of by the Governor in
Council in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty in the same manner and form
but not otherwise as if such land had never been alienated from the Crown.
