Land leased under this Division deemed to be protected forest

125. Land leased under this Division deemed to be protected forest



(1) Despite anything in any other Act, land held by a lessee under a lease
under this Division is deemed to be protected forest for the purposes of the
Forests Act 1958.

(2) Subject to this Division, the Forests Act 1958 applies to the leased land
and the lessee in respect of that land.
