Term of lease
122. Term of lease
(1) The term of a lease granted under section 121 must not exceed 35 years
from the date it is granted.
(2) If a lease contains options for renewal of the lease by the lessee, the
aggregate of the original term and the further term or terms must not exceed
35 years.
