Governor in Council or Minister may convey land under this Part

12. Governor in Council or Minister may convey land under this Part







(1) Under and subject to the provisions of this Part but not otherwise, the
Governor in Council or the Minister in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty
may grant convey or otherwise dispose of lands for the time being belonging to
the Crown for such estate or interest as in each case is hereby authorized and
for none other.
