Conditional purchase leases

111. Conditional purchase leases



(1) The Governor in Council may if he thinks fit grant leases to be known as
conditional purchase leases of any such allotments.





(2) Every applicant for a conditional purchase lease of an allotment or
allotments shall lodge with his application an amount equal to the first
instalment of the purchase money of the allotment of the highest value of
those applied for.
