Penalty for injuring or obstructing drains

105. Penalty for injuring or obstructing drains

Every person who wilfully dams up or in any way whatsoever injures or
obstructs any such canal ditch drain cut channel waterway sewer embankment dam
or drainage work, and every person who wilfully hinders or prevents the
Minister or his successors deputies agents and workmen from carrying out or
performing any work undertaken under the provisions of this Division, shall be
liable to a penalty of not more than 0×4 penalty unit.
