Schedule 5—Oath or affirmation of jurors separating during deliberations
Oaths by jurors
You ( and, if more than one person takes the oath, each of you ) swear ( or the person taking the oath may promise ) by Almighty God ( or the person may name a god recognised by his or her religion ) that you will not discuss with any person other than another member of this jury any matter relating directly or indirectly to the evidence in this trial or the deliberations.
Affirmations by jurors
You ( and, if more than one person affirms, each of you ) solemnly and
sincerely declare and affirm that you will not discuss with any person other
than another member of this jury any matter relating directly or indirectly to
the evidence in this trial or the deliberations.
