JURIES ACT 2000 - SECT 88
Rules of Court(1) The judges of the Supreme Court may make rules for or with respect to any matter or thing that may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to this Act.
(2) The judges of the County Court may make rules for or with respect to any matter or thing that may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to this Act.
