JURIES ACT 2000 - SECT 75

A person must not receive any payment from—

        (a)     a party to a proceeding; or

        (b)     any other person—

for their attendance for jury service, except as provided by or under this Act.

Penalty:     120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
