Extra payment for jury service

75. Extra payment for jury service

A person must not receive any payment from-

   (a)  a party to a proceeding; or

   (b)  any other person-

for their attendance for jury service, except as provided by or under this
Act. Penalty: 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
