Supply of false or misleading information

70. Supply of false or misleading information

A person must not cause or permit any representation, whether by act or
omission, that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material
respect to be made to the Juries Commissioner on the person's behalf or on
behalf of another person, for the purpose of evading jury service. Penalty: In
the case of a body corporate, 150 penalty units; In any other case, 30 penalty
units.
