JURIES ACT 2000 - SECT 70
Supply of false or misleading informationA person must not cause or permit any representation, whether by act or omission, that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material respect to be made to the Juries Commissioner on the person's behalf or on behalf of another person, for the purpose of evading jury service.
Penalty: In the case of a body corporate, 150 penalty units;
In any other case, 30 penalty units.
