PART 9 JURIES COMMISSIONER

60. Juries Commissioner

For the purpose of this Act, there are to be employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004-

   (a)  a Juries Commissioner; and

   (b)  as many Deputy Juries Commissioners as are required to assist the
        Juries Commissioner.
