Authority to represent Crown
58. Authority to represent Crown
In all proceedings under this Part, the Authority represents the Crown and has
the same powers, rights and authorities as the Authority has under the
Accident Compensation Act 1985 in regard to the corresponding matter relating
to a worker under that Act.
