JURIES ACT 2000 - SECT 57

If any question or matter arises under this Part, the County Court and the Magistrates' Court have, under this Act, the same jurisdiction to hear and determine the question or matter as if it were a question or matter arising under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act   2013 and that Act applies with the necessary adaptations and modifications.
