Jurisdiction

57. Jurisdiction

If any question or matter arises under this Part, the County Court and the
Magistrates' Court have, under this Act, the same jurisdiction to hear and
determine the question or matter as if it were a question or matter arising
under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and that Act applies with the
necessary adaptations and modifications.
