Compensation otherwise payable

56. Compensation otherwise payable

If a person is entitled to compensation in respect of personal injury
otherwise than in accordance with this Part, there is payable to that person
the amount, if any, by which the amount of compensation in respect of the
injury determined under this Part exceeds the amount to which the person is
entitled.
